Refund Policy

1. Scope

Connectifyapi does not collect payments on this website. When you pay an invoice for Field Notebook, Committee Draft, Assurance Circle, or a related workshop, this refund policy applies unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

2. Eligibility window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not accessed more than one recorded lesson and have not attended a live critique session. Requests must be emailed to contact@connectifyapi.digital with your invoice number.

3. Partial refunds

If you withdraw after the 7-day window but before the midpoint of a live cohort, you may receive a partial refund of up to 40% of tuition, less any non-refundable third-party facilitation costs disclosed on your invoice. After the midpoint, tuition is generally non-refundable.

4. Non-refundable items

• Completed private coaching hours already delivered
• Custom template packs marked non-refundable on the invoice
• Seats cancelled within 72 hours of a scheduled private workshop without a medical or force-majeure reason
• Bank transfer fees charged by your financial institution

5. Refund process

Email your request with full name, company (if any), invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask whether materials were accessed. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible.

6. Processing time

Once approved, refunds typically post within 10–15 business days. Card issuers or banks may take additional time to display the credit.

7. Refund method

Refunds follow the method used to pay the invoice (bank transfer or card). We do not issue cash refunds at the office.

8. Cancellations by Connectifyapi

If we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable transfer date, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for that cohort. Transfers to a later cohort are available at no extra tuition when seats exist.

9. Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies, bereavement, or government-declared disruptions affecting Taiwan(China) travel or operations may qualify for alternative remedies such as credit notes even outside standard windows. Decisions are made case by case and confirmed in writing.
